Dx Re Roofing: Terms and Conditions
Payment Structure
Dx Re Roofing has a three-part payment schedule. At the point of the agreement signing, a 10% deposit is required to begin the project. An extra 40% payment must be made when all the necessary supplies are finally supplied to the project site.
Upon the roofing project’s complete completion, the remaining 50% of the payment is due. Unless explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties, acceptance of a quote signifies immediate payment due. This payment schedule ensures a fair and equitable distribution of financial responsibilities throughout the duration of the project.
Variations and Additional Works
Dx re roofing has also provided for the circumstances whereby extra works may be required through what it calls, “variation. ” This is done by offering a certain amount of money on special services and products before the work’s beginning.
It is also worthy of note that small signs of structural defects like crack at roof, cornice or eave may well develop from the loss of weight when the re-roofing process takes place. Otherwise, even though Dx re roofing is not responsible for these problems, they can give the clients the contact details of the companies that can repair the damages for a certain fee.
Hot Water Systems
Working with any property that has its hot water system already installed, Dx re roofing demands that such units be tended to before being allowed on the project. If for any reason servicing is not done on the unit and the unit breaks down after re-roofing has been done, then Dx re roofing will not be held responsible for such costs.
Insurance Coverage
Dx re roofing maintains comprehensive insurance coverage, including:
- Public liability Insurance: up to $20million
- Workers Compensation Insurance
- Car manufacturers insurance
Information on these policies may be possibly supplied on demand. Although, there is a very important issue that needs to be cleared that Dx re roofing does not cover the loss or damage at the work site. The practice for the construction projects where the building work is priced over $20,000 is to include indemnity insurance into the building contract price for the protection of the client.
Lead Times and Scheduling
As much as Dx re roofing tries to fit the client’s time, the lead times should be prepared beforehand and may be stated in the contract. The company does not relinquish previously scheduled projects to work short notice start dates.
It is important for the clients to know that due to the deteriorating conditions accompanying material availability and supply chain across industries, start date schedules can be changed. In cases of net operating loss due to these factors, Dx re roofing does not take responsibility for reimbursing the clients’ costs.
